Rowther has developed the overall ICT and Security infrastructure design as part of the masterplan design and also support on the completed ELV solutions required for the building operations based on the standards.

Lu’luat Al Raha is located centrally within the overall Al Raha Beach development within the City of Abu Dhabi. The development plots, 6 mixed use plots, 2 retail plots, 1 marina plot, and promenade, are located around the Marina in the Phase 2 of Lu’luat Al Raha masterplan.
